For our agents who want to submit multiple offers, we have a package that will include 3 offers and an edit for each.
We strive to be speedy in our services, but we also strive to be excellent and accurate. So, please allow at least a two hour turn around time.

9:00am - 5:00pm EST
In order to have your offer prepared, we ask that all orders are submitted by 4:30pm. Any orders placed after 4:30pm will be completed and sent for review and signature the next business day.
Any orders placed after 4:30pm can be completed the same day with a rush fee of $15.
Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday shall be completed by Monday.

We will be happy to help with your transaction!
In order for us to assist with your transaction, customer must order the service ‘Contract to Close’ found under services. Otherwise, an order is complete after customer approves all signatures are completed.

We prepare the offer for your review and approval
We send for signatures - you and the buyer
Completed offer will be in your inbox and can be sent to listing agent if requested.

Once we completed an offer and all signatures are completed, that completes the service contract.
If the customer would like to make a new offer, they must make a new service order for either our Single Offer or Bundle Offer Service.

Agent responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:-
Complete the online form with offer details and submit needed docs to be included with offer
Communicate with buyer in regards to special stipulations, etc.

Any cancelations made prior to Offer Review can be canceled.
Offer Review is when an offer has been sent to the customer for review.

In our order form, we have a section for additional stipulations you wish to add to the offer. We ask that the stipulation is written exactly as the customer wants on the offer to avoid multiple edits.
