In order to have your offer prepared, we ask that all orders are submitted by 4:30pm. Any orders placed after 4:30pm will be completed and sent for review and signature the next business day.

Any orders placed after 4:30pm can be completed the same day with a rush fee of $15.

Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday shall be completed by Monday.

*All orders have a 1 - 2 hour turnaround.

We primarily use FMLS and GAMLS, but we can input into other MLS systems if requested.

• Enter listing, upload photos, disclosures into any MLS service

• Submit documents to your brokerage

• Communicate with Seller

• Provide Exclusive Listing Agreement

• Provide photos, disclosures, etc. pertaining to the listing.

If cancelled before input of listing, you may cancel and receive full refund.

There will be no cancellations after the listing has been entered.
